FERGUSON, Rebecca M., 86, of Grove City, Ohio, formerly of Wintersville, Ohio, passed away Friday, May 25, 2012, at OSU Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio.
She was born Dec. 12, 1925, in East Liverpool, Ohio, a daughter of the late Hollie C. and Daisy B. Gamble Pinkerton.
Becky helped her late husband, Paul with his ministry as pastor of the former Apostolic Gospel Church in Steubenville.
Becky was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Paul H. Ferguson; and two brothers, Donald and David Pinkerton.
Surviving are her children, Paul D. (Susie) Ferguson of Jerusalem, Ohio, Robert L. (Judy) Ferguson of Powell, Ohio, James F. (Celia) Ferguson of Broken Arrow, Okla., Rebecca A. (Ron) Moreau of Austin, Texas, John E. (Charlene) Ferguson of Chillicothe, Ohio, Anna B. (Dale) Sultemeier of Grove City, Ohio, Daniel C. (Robyn) Ferguson of Senecaville, Ohio, and Patricia K. Voorhees of Scio, Ohio; two brothers, Hollie "Bub" Pinkerton, and Thomas Pinkerton; two sisters, Shirley Delposen and Martha Williams; 24 grandchildren; and many great- grandchildren.
Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville, on Wednesday, 6-9 p.m., where a funeral service will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. with Rev. Robert Ferguson officiating. Burial at Fort Steuben.
