Madonna to have golf outing
CHESTER - The Weirton Madonna Football Golf Outing will be held at Mountaineer Woodview Golf Course at 8 a.m. on June 9.
The cost is $70 per player and includes golf, cart, continental breakfast, drinks, lunch, dinner, skill prizes and drawings. A putting contest will also be held and each player may buy two mulligans for $5 a piece.

Post 33 to hold hitting camp
STEUBENVILLE - Steubenville American Legion Post 33 is conducting its 18th-annual hitting camp at Vaccaro Field for players ages 7-18 in three sessions: June 4-6, June 11-13, June 18-20. Camp runs from 9 a.m. to noon. Cost is $80 per camper.

Indian Creek to offer physicals
WINTERSVILLE - The Indian Creek Local School District will be offering free physicals to any student in the district who will be participating in athletics at the high school next year. Physicals will be in the high school gym at 5 p.m. Wednesday.
Physical forms are located online at www.indiancreekredskins.org if you wish to download and fill out the forms before coming to physicals.
Big Red to hold hoops camp
STEUBENVILLE - The Steubenville Big Red Girls Basketball Camp will be held June 6-8 at the Crimson Center Gymnasium for students entering grades 3-8 in the fall. It will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 6 and from 9 a.m. to noon June 7-8.
Campers will be instructed in fundamental skills and defensive and offensive philosophies and will be done so by the Big Red coaching staff.
Cost is $20 per person and all campers will receive a T-shirt.

Chiefs to hold registration
WINTERSVILLE - The Mingo/Indian Creek Chiefs will hold registration for players ages 7-12 (and 13 if child does not turn 14 before Nov. 7) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. June 9 at the Indian Creek High School practice field.
Cost is $65 and please bring copy of birth certificate for age confirmation and team placement.
