WEIRTON - Dr. and Mrs. Wesley Pate of Weirton announce the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie Renee, to Brandon Michael Kopetzky, son of Dr. and Mrs. Daniel Kopetzky of Bowie, Md.
The bride-to-be is a 2006 graduate of Madonna High School and a 2011 graduate of West Virginia University with a master's degree in elementary education and special education. She is employed by Hancock County Schools as a special education teacher.
Her fiance is a 2005 graduate of DeMatha Catholic High School and a 2009 graduate of the University of Maryland with a bachelor's degree in computer science. He is self-employed in computer software.
