Charles Shutt
SHUTT, Charles M., 83, passed away Sunday, May 6, 2012.
He was born July 8, 1928, in Steubenville, son of the late Altai and James M. Shutt and was raised by his grandparents, Dr. and Mrs. Ira Foster.
Charles is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Patricia (Madigan) Shutt; son, Stephen of Arizona; daughter, Heather (Brett) Fithen of Gahanna; grandchildren, Ashley, Hannah and Brice. Charles graduated from Steubenville High School and attended the College of Steubenville, George Washington University Law School and graduated from the University of Richmond Virginia. Charles retired from Jefferson County Common Pleas Court as bailiff and adult probation officer.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 2, 2012, at 11 a.m. at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 1300 Urban Dr., Columbus, Ohio 43229.
