COLLIERS - Karen and Shawn Dulaney of Colliers announce the engagement of their daughter, Melissa, to Perry Shonkwiler, son of Brandy and Perry Shonkwiler Jr. and Michelle Campbell of Follansbee.
The bride-to-be is a 2003 graduate of Weir High School and a 2006 graduate of West Virginia Northern Community College with an associate degree in nursing. She is employed with Trinity Health System as a registered nurse.
Her fiance is a 2004 graduate of Oak Glen High School and is employed at Valassis Inc.
