WINTERSVILLE - Nicole Marie Brown and Devin James Lowry announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Joann and Robert Brown of New Castle, Pa. She is a 2007 graduate of Shenango High School. She received her bachelor's degree in human resources management from Youngstown State University. She is employed as human resource manager at Sears in Monaca, Pa.
Her fiance is the son of Tammy and Jim Lowry of Wintersville. He is a 2004 graduate of Indian Creek High School and received a bachelor of arts degree from YSU. He is employed in law enforcement in West Virginia.
