CAMPBELL, Larry B., 69, of Brilliant, Ohio, passed away May 3, 2012, at Wheeling Hospital.
He was born Nov. 4, 1942, in Washington D.C., a son of the late Vincent and Ellen (Bennett) Campbell.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife of 44 years, Linda (Ayers).

Larry was a member of St. John Fisher Catholic Church of Richmond, Ohio, and a follower of Rosemont Chapel. He was a member of the Mingo K of C Council 4361 where he served as Past Grand Knight and financial secretary. He was district deputy of Carrollton. Larry was "The Official Bingo Caller" for Mingo Senior Citizens Center. He was retired director of security from Ohio Coal and Construction Co. He enjoyed attending football games and socializing with others.
Larry is survived by his wife, Marilyn (Hoover) Campbell; daughters, Becky (Fred) Deiderich of Hilliard and Karen (Jim) Rupert Jr. of Mingo Junction; his most loved grandchildren, Kayla and Emily Frazer, Christian, Cameron, and Jenna Deiderich; sister, Susan (Richard "Dick") Lancaster of Bloomingdale; Marilyn's children, Ronald (Melissa) Ely of Mingo Junction, William (Ruth) Ely of Oklahoma, Charles(JoAnn) Ely of Oklahoma, Beth Watson and companion Robert Hogan of Brilliant, Ohio; two cats, Angel and Pita; his many friends and other family; numerous nephews and nieces; and his brother Knights.
Friends will be received on Sunday from 2-8 p.m. at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Road, where funeral services will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. with Father John McCoy officiating and Pastor Sonny Shoe with graveside honors.
A Rosary Service will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday.
Burial will follow at Oakland Cemetery, Mingo Junction.
