FOLLANSBEE - Penny Sauvageot and Steve Durbin of Follansbee announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Patricia Sauvageot of Follansbee and Artie Sauvageot of Follansbee. She is a graduate of Brooke High School and a 2008 graduate of Pittsburgh University with a bachelor of science degree in health care management.
Her fiance is the son of Halcie and Deborah Durbin of Wellsburg. He is a graduate of Brooke High School and a 2001 graduate of the West Liberty University with a bachelor of science degree in business. He received a master's degree in safety management at West Virginia University in 2007. He is employed at Kvaerner Construction.
