BITTINGER, Lillian (Kief,) 84 of Rowlesburg, WV., died Thursday morning April 26, 2012, in the comfort of her home with family at her side.
Born April 16, 1928 in Martinsburg,WV., she was a daughter of the late Cora Stanley.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Bittinger, a son, Harrison Bittinger and a daughter, Lillian Young. Surviving are her children and their spouses, Alice and her late husband, Ray Metheny of Charlotte, N.C., Elmer and Charlotte Bittinger of Paris, PA., Bill and Tammy Bittinger of Weirton, Joe and Dee Bittinger of Rowlesburg, W.V., Barbara Williams and Dennis Borne, Sister of Lilly Ashby and Sue Kief, her best friend, Sue Sutherin. Also surviving are 18 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
