Fifth St., possession of marijuana, $150; Rodney W. Gaydos, 27, 842 Bantam Ridge Road, Wintersville, illegal license plates, $50; Mary J. Hall, 34, 4039 Washington St., Weirton, possession of drugs amended to drug abuse, and possession of drug paraphernalia, 30 days in jail; Eugene D. Hopkins, 21, 1609 Moreland Drive, no operator's license, found innocent; Natasha M. Isler, 25, 438 Lawson Ave., driving with suspended license, found innocent.
