BURCH, Louis K., 75, of Steubenville, OH., passed away Tuesday, April 10, 2012, at the Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville, Ohio.
He was born Oct. 15, 1936, in Martins Ferry, OH., the son of the late Samuel Chief Red Cloud and Loretta Plunkett Cloud.
Louis was retired from the former Fisher Pest Control Company of Steubenville.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Roger Cloud.
Louis' survivors are his companion, Jo Ann Morris of their home; daughter, Janet (Douglas) Smith of Waldorf, Maryland; grandson, David and great-grand daughter, Sydney; sisters, Linda Landers and Donna Cramer both of California.
Visitation hours for Louis will be 2-4 and 6-8 Friday, April 13, at the Clarke Funeral Home 302 Main Street Toronto (740)537-1234 or 1 (855) 847- 1240.
A celebration service of Louis' life will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, April 14, at the funeral home with the Reverend Al Talkington officiating. Burial will follow at the Sugar Grove Union Cemetery.
