WELLSBURG - Annette Edwards and Scott Buxton have announced their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Donna Besozzi of Uhrichsville and Eddy and Renee Edwards of Dennison.
She is a graduate of Claymont High School in Uhrichsville and earned a bachelor of science degree in hospitality management from Kent State University. She is employed by the Timken Co. in Canton as a purchasing analyst.

Her fiance is the son of Wayne and Janet Buxton of Wellsburg.
He is a graduate of Brooke High School and earned a bachelor of arts degree in secondary education from West Liberty University. He is employed as a high school teacher and department chairman for Claymont City Schools in Uhrichsville.
The couple will be married on June 9 at Immaculate Conception Church in Dennison.
