MINGO JUNCTION - Mr. and Mrs. William Costlow of Mingo Junction announce the engagement of their daughter, Kayla Beth, to Chad David Becca, son of Dave and Terri Becca of Martins Ferry.
The bride-to-be is a 2005 graduate of Catholic Central High School and a 2010 graduate of West Liberty University. She is employed by Hancock County Schools as a special education teacher.
Her fiance is a 2003 graduate of Martins Ferry High School and a 2007 graduate of Pittsburgh Technical Institute. He is employed by East Coast Metal Systems as a project estimator.
