The bride is the daughter of the late Linda L. Belli and Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Owen of Follansbee.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Powers of Mingo Junction.

The bride was escorted to the alter by her two sons, Jonathon and Brandon Miller.
The maid of honor was Katelyn Miller, and the matron of honor was Rebecca Day. Bridesmaids were Colleen Pugh, Jamie Spencer and Alexis Wells. Lily Spencer, niece of the groom, was the flower girl.
The best man was Jonathon Miller. Groomsmen were Lewis Owen IV, Chris Day, J.R. Spencer and Brandon Miller. Ring bearer was Nicholas Glass, friend of bride.
The reception was held at Grange Hall in Knoxville.
The bride graduated from Steubenville High School and Jefferson Community College and is employed by Family Medical Care in Weirton.
The groom graduated from Buckeye Local High School and Jefferson Community College. He served in the U.S. Army, works at Timet and operates Powers Martial Arts.
The couple reside in Toronto.
