HOPEDALE - Unionport United Methodist Church was the setting for the wedding ceremony that united Shelly Faunda and Henry Kellar Jr. in marriage on Oct. 22. The Rev. Deborah Kellar officiated the 3:30 p.m. nuptials.
The bride, daughter of Mr and Mrs. James Faunda Jr. of Morgantown, was escorted to the altar by her father.
The groom is the son of Henry Kellar Sr. of Hopedale and the late Lou Ann Kellar.

Katrina Epperheart served as matron of honor. Mandy Faunda, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Kerri Greene, cousin of the bride; Brandy Skinner, sister of the groom; and Jessie Norris, cousin of the groom. The flower girl was Kennedy Skinner, niece of the groom.
John Paul Crawford, uncle of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Bruce Epperheart, Dusten Dulkoski, Danny Skinner, brother-in-law of the groom, and Chris Ott. The ring bearer was Tristin Miser, nephew of the groom.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Hopedale Social Hall.
The bride is a 2001 graduate of Hillcrest High School in Tuscaloosa, Ala.
The groom is a 2000 graduate of Harrison Career Center. He is employed with Alpha Natural Resources. He is a certified electrician at the Black Castle "Revolution" coal mine in Madison, W.Va.
They are making their home in Ethel, W.Va.
