STEUBENVILLE - Mr. and Mrs. William E. Allen announce the engagement of their daughter, Bridget, to Christopher A. Chapman, son of Linda Blake Chapman and James E. Chapman of Steubenville.
The bride-to-be is a 2003 graduate of Catholic Central High School, a 2007 graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor of science degree in speech pathology/audiology and a 2009 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a master's degree in communication sciences and disorders. She is employed as a pediatric speech-language pathologist at the Columbus Speech and Hearing Center in Columbus.
Her fiance is a 2003 graduate of Catholic Central High School and a 2007 graduate of Robert Morris University with a bachelor of science degree in engineering. He is employed as a hardware engineer at Exceptional Innovation in Westerville.
