WINTERSVILLE - Dean and Tammy Dougherty of Wintersville announce the engagement of their daughter, Stacey Lynn, to Paul A. Abbott, son of Paul and Barbara Abbott of Irondale.
The bride-to-be is a 2003 graduate of Indian Creek High School and a 2009 graduate of Jefferson Community College's licensed practical nursing program. Stacey is employed by Valley Hospice of Rayland as part of the Home South Team.
Her fiance is a 1995 graduate of Edison Local High School and is employed by ASPLUNDH out of Wintersville.
