WEIRTON - Thomas and Barbara Nicastro of Weirton announce the engagement of their daughter, Cassandra Jean, to James Robert Matthews, son of James and Amy Matthews of Monroeville, Pa.
The bride-to-be is a 2001 graduate of Weirton Madonna High School, a 2005 graduate of Washington & Jefferson College with a bachelor of arts degree in biochemistry and a 2009 graduate of West Virginia University School of Pharmacy with a doctor of pharmacy degree.
She is employed as a medical director for MedLearning Inc. in Hasbrough Heights, N.J.
