WELLSBURG - Anthony and Mary Kay Pepe of Wellsburg announce the engagement of their daughter, Andrea Pepe, to Ryan Owens, son of Allen and Candice Owens of Follansbee.
The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Brooke High School and a 2009 graduate of West Virginia University where she received a master's degree in elementary education and a minor in speech pathology and audiology. She works as a kindergarten teacher in Parkersburg, W.Va.
Her fiance is a 2004 graduate of Brooke High School and a 2010 graduate of WVU where he received a bachelor of science degree in finance and accounting, as well as a master's degree in finance. He is employed with United Bank in Charleston, W.Va.
