STEUBENVILLE - Carissa Kay Cook and Keith Daniel Henry were united in marriage Oct. 2, 2010, at St. Peter's Church in Steubenville, with Monsignor George Yontz officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Carl and Connie Cook of Wintersville.
The groom is the son of Daniel and Kathleen Henry of Steubenville.
Escorted to the altar and given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a strapless couture gown, birdcage veil, and carried a bouquet of red roses adorned with feathers.
The bride's sister, Chalisa Cook, served as maid of honor. Adel Greenwalt served as matron of honor. Allison West, Molly Reitter and Deidre Cook served as bridesmaids.
Shawn Hennen served as best man. Groomsmen included Eric Ferguson, John Call, Mavrick Deceasere and Primo DiCarlo.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Indian Creek High School, a 2006 graduate of Ohio University and a 2009 graduate of Ashland Theological Seminary, holding a master's degree in professional clinical counseling. She is employed at Eastern Gateway Community College and Olney Friends boarding school.
The groom is a 1993 graduate of Edison High School, a 1997 graduate of Kent State University and a 2009 graduate of Trinity School of Nursing, holding a degree in business administration and nursing. He is employed as a registered nurse at Trinity Health System.
Following a reception at Froehlich's Classic Corner, the couple honeymooned in Cancun, Mexico.
They reside in Steubenville.
