WEIRTON - Cara Elizabeth Gracie and Benjamin Patrick Craver were united in marriage on Sept. 4, 2010, during an outside ceremony at Leroy Springs in Fort Mill, S.C., with Pastor Larry Brey officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Bob and Rhonda Gracie of Weirton, and the groom is the son of Robert and Cheryl Craver of Clemmons, N.C.
The bride wore a beaded, ivory lace trumpet gown with a chapel train.
She carried a bouquet of circus roses, shasta daisies and seeded eucalyptus.
Jill Gracie of Cincinnati, sister of the bride, served as the maid of honor. Bridesmaids included Carrie Crogan of Baltimore; Sara Gurskey DaCosta of Silver Spring, Md.; and Elizabeth Kohns of Charlotte, N.C.
Robert Craver, father of the groom, served as the best man. Groomsmen included Adam Griffin of Monroe, N.C.; Nick Griffin of Matthews, N.C.; Zack Huneycutt of New Bern, N.C.; and Brett Malloy of Lexington, N.C. The bride's nephews, Ayden and Owen Gracie, were the ring bearers.
The bride is a 2001 graduate of Weir High School and a 2005 graduate of Shepherd University with a bachelor of fine arts degree in graphic design. She is a freelance graphic designer in Charlotte.
The groom is a 2002 graduate of North Davidson High School in Clemmons, N.C., and a 2006 graduate of UNC-Charlotte with a bachelor's degree in communications. He is employed by Labor Panes Window Cleaning.
A reception was held inside a rustic barn on the Leroy Springs' property. The couple honeymooned in the Tennessee mountains.
The couple reside in Matthews.
