STEUBENVILLE -- The Steel Valley Regional Transit Authority approved contracts with its two unions today.
The contracts cover seven drivers and workers in the Amalgamated Transit Union and a mechanic in the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers.
The contracts run through the end of 2013 and include percentage raises each year.
