STEUBENVILLE -- City Council met in a brief session Tuesday to hear legislation proposed for next week's regular council meeting.
Sixth Ward Councilman David Lalich offered an emergency ordinance to authorize the hiring of Gelety Enterprises for professional services related to the city's workman's compensation services.
The council will meet in regular session Tuesday.
