STEUBENVILLE -- A two-car accident on University Boulevard at the entrance to the Veterans Memorial Bridge resulted in four people being transported to Trinity Medical Center West by Ambulance Service Inc. today.
The accident, which occurred shortly after noon, tied up traffic on University, state Route 7 and Seventh Street until the scene was cleared about 12:35 p.m.
Further information was not immediately available. Steubenville Police officers and firefighters had responded to the scene.
