Sagun — Postlewait

STEUBENVILLE - Kristin Alayne Sagun and Jeffrey John Postlewait exchanged outdoor wedding vows May 15 in Lake Lure, N.C., with a dinner following.

A reception was held in their honor July 3 at the Serbian-American Cultural Center in Weirton.

The bride is the daughter of Brenda and Steve Anderson of Steubenville and Gary and Carole Sagun of Weirton. The groom is the son of Joanne Postlewait of Merriam, Kan., and John Postlewait of Shawnee, Kan.

The bride was escorted to the altar and given in marriage by her fathers. She chose an antique satin gown and carried green orchids and purple lilies in her bouquet.

Sasha Eroshevich of Columbus, cousin of the bride, served as maid of honor, and Jessica Sudvary of Steubenville was matron of honor. Joy Postlewait of Merriam, Kan., sister of the groom, was bridesmaid.

Jason Postlewait of Lawrence, Kan., and James Postlewait of Kansas City, Mo., brothers of the groom, served as the best men. Jon Bobovnik of Akron was groomsman.

The couple honeymooned along the northwestern coast of Italy.

They are residing in Charlotte, N.C.

The bride is a 1998 graduate of Catholic Central High School and a 2003 graduate of the University of Akron with a bachelor's degree in business and organizational communications. She is employed by Newell Rubbermaid as a marketing manager in Charlotte.

The groom is a 1990 graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Overland Park, Kan., and a graduate of the University of Missouri Rolla with a bachelor's degree in engineering management and manufacturing. He is employed by Newell Rubbermaid as a research and development manager in Charlotte.
