DILLONVALE - Renee Ann Starkey and Jesse Isaac Whinnery were united in marriage Dec. 12 in National Road Church in Wheeling with the Rev. John Massey officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Robert and Laurel Starkey of Spokane, Wash.
The groom is the son of Russell and Debra Whinnery of Dillonvale.

Paige Gott served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Sarah Starkey, sister of the bride, and Laura Hickey, Cate Doman, Michelle Fegenbush and Meredith Schaffer. Jade Starkey, cousin of the bride, served as junior bridesmaid.
Rick Oberdick served as best man. Groomsmen were K.J. Skapik, Chris Troll, Matt Jackson, Clint Hostutler and Mike Leitzy.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of Ferris High School in Spokane and a 2009 graduate of Ohio State University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in animal sciences. She is employed as a dairy sales specialist with Town and Country Co-op in Ashland.
The groom is a 2002 graduate of St. Clairsville High School and a 2008 graduate of OSU, where he earned an associate degree in horticulture and a bachelor's degree in agriculture. He is employed as a dairy nutrition consultant with Agri-King Inc. in Fulton, Ill.
A reception was held at the Pine Room at Oglebay Park. The couple honeymooned at Disney World and will reside in Wooster.
