The bride is the daughter of Kevin and Mary Frazee of Mount Vernon.
The groom is the son of Craig and Connie Hoobler of Steubenville.

After a reception at Mount Vernon Developmental Center, the newlyweds honeymooned in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of East Knox High School and a 2009 graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a bachelor's degree in communications. She is employed at Woodforest National Bank in Mansfield. The groom is a 2003 graduate of Edison High School and a 2007 graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a bachelor's degree in chemistry. He is employed as an analytical chemist II with WIL Research Laboratiories in Ashland.
They reside in Ashland.
