STEUBENVILLE - Triumph of the Cross Church was the setting May 16 for the marriage of Jenna Stewart and Brian Joyce, both of Steubenville.

The Rev. Mark Moore officiated at the 1:30 p.m. ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Charles and Mary Stewart of Steubenville. The groom's parents are Dana and Carol Joyce, also of Steubenville.

Escorted by her father, the bride chose an ivory-colored gown and a chapel-length train. Her bouquet featured ivory, lavender and fushia roses and lilies.

Kelly Duncan was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Amy Joyce of Steubenville, sister of the groom; Kate Lloyd and Lindsay Strauch, both of Cleveland; Natalie Liptak of Pittsburgh; and Rebecca Aulet of Steubenville, cousin of the bride.

Jeffrey Joyce was his brother's best man. Ushers were Thomas Hagerty, David Hammer and Josh McGee, all of Steubenville; Tanaer Rogers of Pittsburgh; Pat Smith of Kent; and Matt Crites of Wheeling.

Violet Varlas and Ula Holland were flower girls. The ring bearer was Thomas Holland.

A reception was held at the Rose.

After a honeymoon on the island of Oahau in Hawaii, the couple are residing in Steubenville.

The couple are 2001 graduates of Catholic Central High School. She graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in early childhood education in 2006 from Akron University. She is a substitute teacher/aide.

The groom graduated cum laude from Kent State University in 2006 with a bachelor of business in accounting and received a master's in business administration from KSU in 2007. He is employed in the accounting field.
