Renee Rensi

RENSI, Renee K., 53, of Piney Fork, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, December 2, 2009, in the East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martins Ferry, Ohio.

Renee was born May 8, 1956, in Bellaire, Ohio, daughter of the late Joseph G., Sr. and Lylas "Wanda" (Sims) Rensi.

Renee was a member of the St. Casimir Rosary Society in Adena, Ohio; Piney Fork American Legion Aux. 735; the Historical Society of Smithfield; and was an active member of the Pine Valley Sportsman Club.

Renee is survived by three sisters, Patricia (Ray) Logston of Piney Fork, Corinne Rensi with whom she resided, and Linda (David) Hogland of Arizona; one brother, Joseph (Ramona) Rensi of Dillonvale, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Renee will be held on Friday, December 4 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield, Ohio, where a Vigil Service will be held at 7:30 p.m.

Renee's Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 10 a.m. at St. Adalbert's Catholic Church in Dillonvale, with the Msgr. John Kolesar as celebrant.

There will be additional visitation at the church on Saturday from 9:15 a.m. until Mass at 10 a.m.

Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens, Colerain, Ohio.

Memorial contributions may be made in Renee's memory to St. Jude's Cancer Center, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
