Hazel Dalton

DALTON, Hazel J. 52, of Lafayette, Ohio, passed away on Monday, November 23, 2009, in Coshocton Memorial Hospital, Coshocton, Ohio,

Formally of Wellsburg, W.Va., she was born October 24, 1957, in Weirton, W.Va., a Protestant at faith.

She is survived by her mother, Margie Clark of Jewett, Ohio, three brothers, Donald Dalton of Windsor, Va., Ronald Clark of Hemitt, Calif., Thomas Clark of Arizona, three sisters, Diana (Donald) Smyth of Richmond, Va., Karen L. (Donald) Perry of Kyle, Texas, Sharen J. Clark of Wlsorne, Calif., and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded by her father, Lawrence Clark.

A memorial service will be conducted on Sunday, November 29, 2009, from 2-4 p.m. at the Hanover Methodist Church, Hanover, Ohio, with Pastor Bruce Zimmer officiating. Arrangement made by Reasner Funeral Home, Wellsburg, W.Va.
