Margaret McKimmie

McKIMMIE, Margaret Jones, 99, of New Philadelphia, formerly of Steubenville, died Friday, Nov. 20, 2009.

She was born Oct. 6, 1910, in Toronto, Ohio, to the late Albert and Lucille (Sneddon) Jones.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Spencer McKimmie, in 1955, two brothers and four sisters.

Surviving are two children, Harold (Gloria) McKimmie of New Philadelphia and Marilyn Frye of New Philadelphia; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren;

She will be buried in a private family ceremony at Fort Steuben Burial Estates in Steubenville.

Smith-Varns Funeral Home in Sugarcreek, 330-852-2141 is handling the arrangements.
