FANASE, Shay Jr., passed away Saturday, August 8, 2009, at the age of 21, after a tragic industrial accident.
Shay currently resided at 9537 South Voyles Road, Pekin, IN 47165, with his parents, Betsy and Shay and his sister, Nicole.
A memorial service will be held at Grayson Funeral Home, 893 High St., Charlstown IN 47111 on Thursday, August 13, 2009, from 10 a.m to 4 p.m. A reception will follow. Shay was born and grew up in Weirton, W.Va.
His family would like to invite his family and friends to join them for a celebration of his life and memory at Carmans Fireside in Weirton, W.Va., on Sunday, August 16, 2009, from 1-5 p.m.
Shay was a beloved son, grandson, brother, nephew, cousin and friend.
He will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
