LIGGETT, Deborah K., 55, of Wintersville, died Tuesday, August 4, 2009, at home.
She was born February 1, 1954, in Steubenville, the daughter of the late Theodore "Ted" and Emily Pavlovich Liggett.
Deborah was a homemaker; Serbian Orthodox and graduated from SHS, class of 1972 and West Liberty State College.
Surviving are one son, Ronald Liggett Spring of Wintersville; one sister, Melanie Ringle (David) of Laytonsville, Md.; and one grandson, Ronald F. Spring.
