GUBANEZ, Andrew, 76, of Bergholz, Ohio, died Saturday, July 18, 2009, in Veterans Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pa.

Andrew was born in Jefferson County, Ohio on January 11, 1933, the son of the late George and Mary Bundrich Gubanez.
