Cleora Parks HukillJune 26, 2009HUKILL, Cleora Parks, 86, of Wintersville, died Thursday, June 25, 2009, in the Carriage House in Steubenville. She was born February 15, 1923, in Bloomingdale, Ohio, a daughter of the late Henry H. and Emmaline Gotschall Parks. Cleora was a member of Wintersville United Methodist Church, 1941 graduate of Wayne High School and a graduate of the Good Samaritan School of Nursing of Zanesville, Ohio. She was a registered nurse at the former Foresters Nursing Home in Wintersville and former Royal Pavilion now the Carriage Inn in Steubenville. Preceded in death by her husband, Martin E. Hukill, Jr.; infant son, Gary Hukill and brother, Williard A. Parks. Cleora is survived by her sons, Rev. Larry (Susan) Hukill of Macedonia, Ohio, and Philip (Barbara) Hukill of Wintersville; daughters, Nancy Hukill of Wintersville, Arlene (Stephen) Hurst of Odenton, MD and Lorraine K. Hukill of Steubenville; sister, Loveaughn "Vonnie" Long of Mollusk, Va.; grandchildren, Bradley Hurst, Rebekah, Kathryn, Mitchell and Megan Hukill; nephews, and nieces, Geoffrey Seffens, George and Jane Kalinowsky, Greg Parks, Laura Rowan and Janet Albretsen. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Rd., on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., and on Saturday at the Wintersville United Methodist Church from 10 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m. with Rev.
