Steubenville

Cited: Renata Patrone, 27, no address listed by police, driving with a suspended license; and Robert L. Allen, 57, 633 Lawson Ave., driving with a suspended license and failure to signal lane change.

Theft: Plastic covering broken window on vehicle cut while parked in the 600 block of North Sixth Street Saturday and car stereo equipment and speakers taken.

Arrested: Jonathan Alexander, 49, 241 S. Fifth St., driving with a suspended license and bench warrant out of municipal court, Saturday.

Assault: Man assaulted inside home in the 300 block of South Fifth Street around 11:15 p.m. Saturday. Police reported the man, who had a large cut on his head and bruises on his body, was taken to Trinity Medical Center West for treatment.

Theft: Cash and credit cards taken from residence in the 100 block of Powell Avenue, Sunday.

Arrested: Larry L. Talbott, 34, 120 Union Ave., Mingo Junction, violation of protection order, Saturday.

Arrested: Brian Sullivan, 41, 316 Garden Drive, Wintersville, operating a vehicle under the influence, Saturday.

Arrested: Donald W. Barrow, 18, 733 Oakmont Ave., public indecency, Saturday.

Theft: All-terrain vehicle taken from shed on state Route 164, Amsterdam, Saturday.

Arrested: William E. Hartley, 41, 604 College St., Empire, domestic violence, Sunday.

Arrested: James R. Kugler, 47, 18 N. Byron Drive, Wintersville, Wintersville county court warrant charging failure to appear in court, Sunday.
