WELLS, Richard D. "Dick," 75, Rayland, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2008, in the Emergency Room at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville, Ohio.
He was born December 31, 1933, in Smithfield, Ohio, a son of the late Richard T. and Mary Burkett Wells.
Dick retired from Labors Local No. 809, Steubenville; was an Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict; and was Methodist by faith.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Donald L. Wells.
Surviving are two sisters, Roberta "Bobby" Ritz, Indiana and Mary Barcalow, California; and many good friends and neighbors.
Per Dick's request, there will not be any services.
