Residents of Hancock and Brooke counties can take the classes by contacting Kelli Fluharty at the Retired Senior Volunteer Program offices in Follansbee. The telephone number is (304) 527-3410. Eligible persons living in the nearby counties in Pennsylvania and Ohio also may be accepted into the classes.
