Kelly Neely, David Wiegandt

WEIRTON - Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Neely of Weirton announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Kelly Ann, to David Alan Wiegandt, son of Mr. and Mrs. Karl Wiegandt of Albuquerque, N.M.

The bride-to-be is a 2001 graduate of West Virginia University and a 2003 graduate of Purdue University with a master's degree in electrical engineering. She is employed by Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque as a senior engineer.

Her fiance is a 1999 graduate of New Mexico State University and a 2003 graduate of Colorado State University with a doctorate degree in electrical engineering. He is also employed as a senior engineer at Sandia National Laboratories.

They plan to be married Oct. 18 at John XXII Catholic Community in Albuquerque.
