Kathryn J. Kelly
KELLY, Kathryn J., 53, of Hopedale, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2008, at her residence.
Born February 11, 1955 in Weirton, she was the daughter of Edna Bailey Leasure of Weirton and the late Roy Leasure. Kathryn was also preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Vergie Kelly.
Mrs. Kelly was a homemaker; Baptist by faith; and a member of the Hopedale American Legion Auxiliary Post 682.
In addition to her mother, Kathryn is survived by her husband, John Kelly of Hopedale; son, Shawn Pratt and his wife, Autumn; stepsons, John James Kelly and Dustin Kelly; daughter, Amy Pratt; stepdaughter, Julie Fair, all of Weirton; brother, Roy Leasure, Jr. of Steubenville; sisters, Susan Burrough and Janice Summers of Weirton; grandchildren, Courtney, Baylee, Shantel, Ashley, Sammy, Nathan, Alyssa and Corey; and father-in-law, John L. Kelly of Weirton.
Friends will be received Thursday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, where funeral services will be celebrated 11 a.m. Friday. Pastor Harry Knight will officiate.
Interment will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
