CHRISTIAN, Ms. Marie A., 60, of Steubenville, Ohio, died June 15, 2008, in Steubenville.
She was born January 29, 1948, in Steubenville, the daughter of the late James W. and Geraldine Flake Christian.
She was a graduate of Steubenville High School; a graduate of Belmont County Technical College; a case worker at Job and Family Services of Jefferson County; a member of Seveth Day Adventist; a secretary of PRS. Group; a volunteer at Jefferson Behavior Center; and a life member of Elks Lodge.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, James W. Christain III.
Surviving are one daughter, Tracy L. Christian; one sister, Barbara Gardner; one brother, Robert Christian; and one grandson, Darnell Johnson, all of Steubenville.
Calling hours are Thursday, June 19, 2008, from 6-8 p.m. at the Vinson House of Mortuary, Steubenville.
Funeral serivces will be held Friday, June 20, 2008, at noon at Seventh Day Adventist Church, 1314 Batam Ridge Road, Wintersville, Ohio, with Pastor Roy Nelson officiating.
