I know they participate in STATE purchasing program but that doesn't have anything to do with running out of salt. What really needs to happen is order salt in the summer when the demand is low and fill up your salt supply and when it's in high demand you still have enough reserves to wait on the deliveries instead if running out but what do I know

what you do not know is the city and county go in together to buy the salt in bulk and get a better price. The orders just need to be put in earlier .

Wow Mr. Boland learns fast of the Steuebenville way of telling stories to protect the rear end. If there was no salt how do you explain Steubenville city trucks driving out to the state garage on county road 43 and the county garage seen them on my way home from work.Either he is lying or being lying too. Mr. Boland maybe ask yourself is this how you want to start off in the city
