RPG said there was an AIDS epidemic in Africa. He did not say there was a homosexual AIDS epidemic in Africa.

Woah, RPG0340. I'm not sure what you think my "idotic agenda" is, I wasn't aware I had an agenda other that making sure the facts about HIV/AIDS were told. I don't have a game. I'm not stupid, I'm not middleman and I hold hope for the youth of the Valley. The discriminatory language, or bill, or law or whatever it is that you stand for and stand behind is just that, discriminatory. It's not there to protect kids from being raped or to stop the spread of AIDS. It would be great to have stronger sex offence consequences around here. The death penalty might be extreme, but if you want to change the world, your own back yard is a good place to start.

Middleman, I see you've returned. Here is something I don't get. How come you liberals waste so much energy whining about a bill that never became law in Uganda? How about moving to Uganda to start trouble there. But you won't do that. Why, because you only care that your idiotic agenda is advanced here upon the backs of the stupid and in the mush minds of the dope tarnished young here. Your stupid game is coming to an abrupt end here really soon.

As I watch Moteman do a cheerleader routine from the sideline about how "right" RPG3040 is I think, doesn't anyone take time to find the facts any more?

Africa does not have a homosexual AIDS epidemic. HIV is predominantly spread by men, to women. This is true of a large part of the world. It is the biggest killer of women, age 18 - 45 worldwide. The term aggravated homosexuality is meant to degrade and promote discrimination. No more, no less. More than 35 million people are living with HIV. It's well past time that the stigma, taunts and schoolyard behavior were accepted in the guise of dialogue around this tragedy.

Core, there was no proof that the bill had been passed. If it had been passed into law as you claim, why was it not actually signed into law? Explain that one? Who, or what government would take the time to pass a law, but never follow it as a law? That does not make much sense.

Core, you lost, AGAIN!!! Word games don't work when facts are readily available.

I see absolutely no problem with imposing the death penalty for rape, or child molestation, regardless if the sex of the offender differs from that of the victim or not.

If the law was passed, as you claim, you could show us the LAW, instead of a meaningless BILL.

As for who wins, I vote for RPG0340. He had the facts.

I love facts.

Core, to be fair, I went to the document. It proves that I was right and you were wrong! "Aggravated homosexuality" (the crime you claim is punishable by death) is defined as an act of pedophilia, rape, or deadly disease transmission (Africa has an AIDS epidemic, as do homosexuals) committed against a person of the same sex with malice and forethought to do harm to that person. Furthermore, the document makes no mention of the bill actually being passed into law. So, the death penalty is there to keep homosexuals from spreading AIDS and raping children. Do you see a problem with that? Do you think pedophiles and murderers deserve mercy, is that why you are whining?

Repeating the same BILL doesn't make you any less a liar.

If you can't provide the LAW you claimed, why don't you save a little dignity and admit you lied?

Or, provide the LAW you claimed.

Oh, and trying to change topic doesn't make you any less a liar either.

There was such a law, in 2009, that you can't provide, that mysteriously went away, causing Uganda to initiate ANOTHER law, which you also can't provide.

Did I get that right?

I'm not going to your link. Why? First and foremost, I don't trust you. Second, even if your link worked, it was probably published by some liberal group of atheists that just want to attack Christianity. Also, "aggravated" as in aggravated assault, murder, rape, etc., means with forethought, malice, intent, to do harm against another. So, please explain for the people here (that you think are stupid) what that is supposed to mean in regard to this issue? By very definition, "aggravated homosexuality" would certainly NOT be an act between two consenting same sex people.

LOL. You declared yourself the "winner"?

Now that's funny right there.

You have the opportunity to aproach the standing of some here, soon as you provide proof of the LAW you claim exists.

Got any?

Core, "aggravated homosexuality" if you take that as a defining term to describe a criminal act would mean that there would be one unwilling participant. So, since you have failed to provide a definition of said "crime" I will take it to mean that "aggravated homosexuality" is an act of rape, committed against a member of the same sex, intended to cause harm to that victim. In short, aggravated homosexuality is same sex rape. So, even if your unproven law existed, what would be wrong with it? I think rapists gay, pedophile or otherwise should get the death penalty!

"Holy fudge, are you people really as stupid as you pretend?"

Let me try to hrlp you. AGAIN.

Please provide the actual LAW you claimed existed, admit your searh capabilities are severely lacking, or, admit you lied.

Is that too difficult for you?

I do enjoy your demonstrating to folks that you can't support your claims. They need to know you can't be trusted. Thank you.

Valleyman, core hasn't posted on the Obamacare topic in over 3 days. Hard as it may seem, this administration has finally done something so bad that even core is ashamed.

In any discussion, there are those you learn to trust because they always give you the truth.

Then there are folks who aren't bothered at all to lie to justify their point of view. You hopefully learn not to trust those people.

Core, what exactly is "aggravated homosexuality?"

Furthermore, you have still not provided proof that this PROPOSED LEGISLATION has been signed into law, or that there is even a death penalty for such a crime.

In addition to that, so what if they did pass such a law? You live in the USA, and as much as you hate this country you wouldn't grant us the pleasure of moving to Uganda to try to change things.

Let me try to help. Again.

From YOUR link:

"ANTIHOMOSEXUAL BILL 2009"

Your previous rants were about an antihomosexual bill was to be signed into law in Uganda, and the date was 2012.

Tell us, core. If your "proof" is from 2009, why were you earlier talking about the bill becoming law in 2012?

And why does your proof of a "law" say "BILL" and not "LAW"?

"Agree | Disagree

"Christian ministers in Uganda recently passed a law making homosexuality a capital crime."

That's what I claimed,,,"

Yep. So, where's your proof?

Or, can you simply admit you were WRONG?

Let me educate you, core.

Bills are not laws.

What you linked to was a bill from 2009 that did not become law.

Wouldn't it be easier to admit you lied?

Or, give us the LAW you claimed existed.

'K?

Care to explain yourself Core? I've proven with your own words that although such a law may have been proposed, there is no proof that a "death penalty" was included. Furthermore there is no proof that a law outlawing homosexuality was passed at all.

Core, unless I'm mistaken it looks as though the bill has not been passed at least not with the death penalty included. Agreeing to pass a law is not the same as passing a law.

"agreed to"

"according to"

"which has yet to occur"

"may occur"

REALLY, core? You don't understand the meaning of those phrases?

Let's make it easy for you. Give us a link to the ACTUAL LAW you claimed. Simple as that.

Glad to help.

"In other words, I'm right that he left the GOP to become a democrat for liberal reasons."

Yep.

"In othe words, I'm right that he left the GOP to become a democrat liberal."

Yep.

"Doesn't matter."

Yes, it does. You were wrong. Care to admit it? Why does it matter only on the miniscule times you get something right?

Perhaps you need to talk to a "professional" about that problem.

That's thinks, not thins. You are welcome.

"I made no false claims."

Now, That's funny right there. So, you can provide proof of your claim that Uganda has laws promoting violence, right? Then what's taking you so long?
