comrade mav. still insulting I see. Were you going to buy the beer? ------------ No comrade the people left here are the ones that didn't get vulgar and call everyone names. HS thinned the crowd not us. I guess it shows libs can't behave and be civil. My communication skills might not be all that great but I don't and never will act like the few libs that got banned or do I insult people I have never met and know nothing about.

Hey Mote, do you see what is left on this site. Nothing just the four or five of you who have driven everyone else off because you have no communication skills. You probably couldn't find a person to sit down and have beer with outside of the bootlicker crew.

RPG and Hagrid are right. They wanted marriage just to cause trouble and they aren't finished. The next step is to force a church to marry a gay couple.

Commrade Mav. After you have called us everything in the book and insulted us you actually expect the people on here to sit down with you and drink a beer. I think you are off your rocker most of the time.

Agree, RPG. Civil Unions would give gay couples all the legal rights that heterosexual marriage does. If folk really cared about rights of gays, they would have worked long ago for civil unions. But, that is not their true goal.

RSimpson43952, "gay marriage" is a religious issue in my opinion. People would not oppose "gay marriage" if they just called such a thing a "civil union" and let it go at that. Calling it "marriage" is what angers some folks. Homosexuals, don't want anything to do with Christians or being like them. That is until they can rub their collective noses in it by taking that which is sacred to Christians and corrupting it. Then, if you speak against it, they say "what would Jesus do," or call you hateful, or racist.

@PimpDaddyBoss Your last post is on the same mentality level as a small child. How old are you? Your intellect, intelligence, and knowledge suggests to me that you're either very young or poorly educated. Which is it? Either way you obviously do not know as much about worldly issues and politics as you'd like to think you do. I'm asking you as a courtesy to the rest of us that from now on you research the topics you'd like to debate before spouting off with your illogical arguments that have no foundation on reality or truth. In my opinion, I can't take anyone with that kind of name seriously anyway.

Well Mav this may be hard for you to understand but this is America and I have the right to choose whatever name I want to so you will just have to get over it.

pimpdaddy, you read my post and decided to address the last sentence. So, I am guessing you agree with the rest of my post or maybe because the rest of my post contained several three syllable words you just drooped down to the last sentence which contains 3 one syllable words and 2 two syllable words. Oh by the way what a mature posting name you've chosen. Kinda says a lot about you.

@EB, I'm beside myself right now because I'm in agreement with most of what you've said. Religious tolerance is one of the main principles this country was founded on, under no circumstances should intolerance ever come into play. With that said there is a very clear separation of church and state which should be adhered to. Abortion is a medical procedure and should require a prescription. Gay marriage is not a religious issue, in my opinion. Everyone has the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness as an American. Those rights don't come with an exemption list for gays or any other group of people for that matter.

Separate church and state and leave it at that. People talk about religious freedoms, but they want GOVERNMENT to make decisions about abortion, gay marriage, and any other thing that someone thinks is unchristian-like. If people live like they proclaim to be, we would not have these problems. This goes for the everyday person to the congressional people the represent their own selfish, and sometime immoral issues. In the end people will answer to God...

Doesn't, "though shalt not kill pertain to Christians who hunted down, tortured and killed people that they labeled as heretics or pagans. Now the governments is trying to bankrupt Christians. Catholics give more money to the pope than they do the government. Be happy with your tax exemption and stay out of gov't legislation. You can't legislate morals that you can't even enforce in your own church. What a drama queen letter.
