Sure shut it down. Lets remove the only opportunity to put people to work in our little valley. If the numbers were generally that high, the feds wouldn't have allowed the process to get to where it is nationally. People kinda full of themselves when they make statements such as "dunno how they do it in Texas, but this is Wheeling." Want to help clean up the environment? Take care of the mercury in the water currently that allows the news to remind us to not take more than one fish a year for consumption from the river due to HIGH MERCURY levels.

I'd be concerned too. Fracking and it's waste products are a danger to us and our environment.
