The judge in the case called KY Ridiculous and Alexandria Goddard and their hateful followers liars. Now the witnesses from Steubenville are testifying and those from WVa are refusing to tell the truth. Kind of turns every one of their arguments upside down. Too bad it's not being reported how much money Goddard, Don Carpenter (of Pittsburgh), etc. made from repeating their lies, making threats and encouraging harassment of our courts, police, sheriff, schools, children and community. We need laws to defend against these types of lying, cyber lynch mobs in the future. Bullying should not be tolerated!

They did it and nothing will be done about it. At the least the coach should lose his job. What a piece of sheet he is.

Why isn't the Ohio AG appealing the ruling of that WVa judge? These witnesses to be compelled to truthfully testify. Let the coverup continue.

hahahaha

It ain't over yet?

Dismissal for lack of witnesses. Thought the article said there were dozens from each side.

Lets just say this....no matter if this girl had any kind of past or reputation that was not squeaky clean; it does not matter; what happened the night of the party was disgusting horrendous, and a crime......CASE CLOSED !!!!

Next case: adults, bys and girls that stood by; and then any providers or contributors.

This wouldn't be an issue if they were charged as adults, like they should have been!

@JackTripper - Weren't you the one calling for eggs to be thrown at protesters at the first courthouse rally??? Talk about bullying!

This case really shows how horrible people are, from the rapist to those who witnessed the rape and those who lied. They all have a career in the military. There seems to be a lot of issue with rape and hate in Ohio. theusmarinesrapecom
