Oh yeah, make it easier for the city to remotely turn off the customers who owe $60.00 then the businesses that owe $20,000. I just do not see the logic in this. Like I have said many, many times before go after the business that owe big bills turn them off, bet within 2 hours they pay up ! I can pop off a few business that owe BIG bills!
