OHSAA constitution or by-laws have nothing to do with non athletic issues, that is left up to the local BOE. What regulations or rules did they break? Any criminal activity on an individual's part is handled by the state BOE (coaches qualifications) but it is back into the schools BOE.

The O.V.A.C. hammers the cheerleaders yet the O.H.S.A.A. ( Ohio High School Athletic Association ) does NOTHING to Steurbenville Big Rape's football team for breaking many regulations , rules, guidelines, and possibly state laws. Ok, we see the irony!
