First of all what a joke to ask the prosecuter now to speak at this hearing. She even said she was only 17 when this happened. She had nothing to do with this case. She just wanted her 10 minutes of fame!! Well good job you got it!!! To Kevins family my dad is sorry for not doing more, that haunts him everyday of his life. And being released would never change that! No one can heal when they cant forgive!!!

I am sure the family is happy that Robert was denied. I think it is wrong to keep him in longer. He has done nothing wrong while he had been there and if it was not for him the other ones may have not been caught. He was a very scared young man when he showed up at my house. He has never lied to me and I know in my heart he did not lay a finger on Kevin. He may not have written any letters because he dies not read or write well. He has some one else do it for him. He tries to figure out the words and does try. I love my brother and proud of him for coming forward. He would have been with Kevin in Heaven had he stayed out here with those other 3 threatening him.
