If the commissioners really cared about the people of Jefferson County the would not purchase the Tower Building. The commissioners must give up on downtown Steubenville, just like 80% of the residents of the county, there is no future in downtown Steubenville. It would be nice to see a Herald Star poll with the question: When was the last time you did anything in downtown Steubenville?
